• Calorie King provides both Diet Diary with 30,000 foods and their carb and calorie content, and Diabetes Log for Palm, PC, or Pocket PC. They also make the Calorie King Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter. Price: $19.95 and $14.95.
• Coheso.com carries the Track3 to help you with your diabetes management. It's small enough to slip into your pocket or purse. In addition to providing a quick and easy method of recording your food, exercise, and medications, it also includes specific nutritional information for over 35,000 food items. You can even create a list to make entering your favorite foods easier.
• Diabetes Pilot is a group of organizational tools that work together to make managing diabetes easier and more accurate. Runs on PalmOS™ compatible handheld computers (PDAs) and works with Diabetes Pilot Desktop (sold separately). Free trial available. Price: $24.00

• UTS Diabetes is the palm OS software that tracks yoru blood glucose level, insulin injections, carbohydrates consumed and various medication intakes. Free demo. Price: $19.95, various upgrades available.

Online Resources

• One of the better online record systems can be found at MyHealthChannel. This site lets you download most meters over the web via a PC or with their own modem device linked to your meter. Carbs, insulin, and comments can be entered with graphics available to interpret your data. You physician see your data directly online if you wish. Price: Free.
• Mike Boeselager created his Dia-Log on the web for entering blood sugars, insulin doses, and foods online. Has some nice custom reports. Price: Free.
• DiaTrak's Blood Glucose Manager lets you enter glucose, insulin, and food data manually and get nice graphics back. Price: Free
• Bayer Healthcare offers an Online Logbook with graphics. Price: Free
• Rose Technologies in Bellevue, WA, has an older setup, called the Diabetes HomeCare Center, for those who want to download their meter through a Windows PC. Said to download MediSense Precision XtraTM, Glucometer DEX, Glucometer Elite XL, ONE TOUCH Profile, and ONE TOUCH II. Price: Free
• DiabetEASE is a web-based download program. Said to work with One Touch Basic, One Touch Profile, SureStep, Ultra, Glucometer Dex, Glucometer Elite XL, and FreeStyle meters. Price: Free
• Accu-Chek Diabetes Assistant Plan graphs data downloaded from Accu-Chek meters. Price: Free
• Dia-Log has an On-Line Diabetes LogBook in which data is entered by hand. Price: Free
• LifeClinic has a Diabetes Tools section for entering glucose and related data. Price: Free
• Novo Nordisk provides Novo Track for manual online entry of your data
• RxLearn has a rudimentary Blood Glucose Monitoring Tool. Price: Free
• SiDiary is a terrific freeware program by Alf Windhorst for Windows or Pocket PC. Price: Free
  The new Version 5 is also available for purchase for Windows PC, Pocket PC, Smartphones and Java cellphones.
• NuMedics founded by Kazi Ahmed has two products: CliniPro for the physician and Diabetes Partner PC for the person with diabetes. Downloads Lifescan, Roche, Medisense, and Bayer meters. Price: $99 for you, several thousand dollars for the physician who wants to be tied in.
• Newholme Software has the Diabeasy Software Tool. It provides a simple, quick and easy way to enter and view data. It also sorts data by response or cause, allowing you to determine which factors effect your blood sugar control. Price: $38.50 for CD Rom or $25.70 for download.
• GlucoControl is a PDA software that helps to control the glucose levels in blood, it replaces the classic diabetes notebook.

• Diabetes Logbook X - Diabetes Logbook X is a logbook application, for both the PowerPC and Intel based Macs, for tracking and reporting diabetes related information
• Track your blood glucose tests with ease with the 1-2 tracker for the mac. Download the free trial or purchase it for $15.00.
• Health Tracker is a simple program that helps you keep track of and graph any health related measurements. Try the FREE 15 day trial or purchase it for $19.99.
• Mac and PowerPC owners with Lifescan meters may want to try Sweetsheet Software for the Mac available at Children With Diabetes.

Windows Software

• Glycoload calculates the Glycemic Load of over 1200 foods for the exact amount you are going to eat. It allows you to search through the listings based on name and Glycemic Index and gives graphical, realtime, feedback as you increase or decrease the serving size to show if you are in the 'red'.
